A lunch break, a free hour between appointments, a long day of sightseeing in Paris? Our express massage gives you 30 minutes of relaxation focused on the area that needs it most. It is a short treatment, delivered with the same care and know-how as our longer massages, in the heart of the 6th arrondissement.

Three areas to choose from

When booking or on arrival, you choose the area your therapist will focus on for the whole session:

Back: to release the shoulders and upper body, often strained by screen work.
Head and neck: to find a feeling of lightness and calm.
Feet and hands: to rest your feet after a long walk and relax your hands.

How the session unfolds

You are welcomed into a quiet treatment room, and your therapist adjusts the pressure to your preferences. The full 30 minutes are devoted to your chosen area, for quick, concentrated relaxation. You leave feeling calm and ready to carry on with your day.

Our tips

Not sure which area to choose? After a day of walking, feet and hands are often a great choice; after a day at the desk, go for the back or the head and neck. If you would like a more complete treatment, our foot and hand reflexology and our traditional Thai massage are also available in longer sessions.

Which areas can I choose for the express massage?

You can choose between three areas: back, head and neck, or feet and hands. Your therapist focuses on that area for the full 30 minutes of the session.

Is a 30-minute massage long enough?

Yes, for a focused break, 30 minutes is enough to release a specific area and feel more relaxed. For a full-body massage, we recommend a session of one hour or more.

Can we book the express massage for two?

Yes, the express massage is available in our duo room for €100 for two people. You each enjoy your session at the same time, in the same room.

Does the Happy Hour discount apply to the express massage?

No, the Happy Hour applies to massages of one hour or more ending before 4pm, Monday to Friday. It can, however, be a great opportunity to try a longer treatment.

Can I come without a booking?

We recommend booking online or by phone on +33 1 43 22 02 57 to make sure a slot is available. The spa is open every day from 11am to 8pm.
